His name was John Robottaro a true friend and fellow Vietnan Veteran who passed away in Dec. 2024. His military funeral was a special occasion, full military honors with a 21 gun salute. Hawthorne, NV. is a very patriotic town, as evidenced by their long military history. I miss him dearly.
One of John's true passions was collecting small town casino chips. He has quite a collection over 3000 chips. Primarily Lake Tahoe, Reno and all of the smalltown clubs and casinos. His Hawthorne collection is the best I have ever seen.
I have been given the privilege of liquidating John's collection. I will be bringing the majority of John's collection to the June convention. Stop by and take a look. No interest in a wholesale deal.
