The El Inca was located on Paradise Road and Naples St.
It was crummy place with a lone “21” game and tight
slots. Fuller lists a crap game but I never saw one. It only
lasted a couple years and became get equally crummy Four
Kings which only lasted for a year. It later became the Office
#1 bar. (There were five or six of those). The Buffalo (gay)
bar and Gino’s were across the street and the Jungle Club
were close by.
