If you want to ship one or two inexpensive chips, then put the chips in a bubble envelope that has been cut down to fit into a standard business envelope. You should make sure the chips are obscured (round objects the shape of a silver dollar tend to get "misplaced" by postal employees) by putting them in a mylar 2x2. Make sure the chips don't move around by taping the 2x2 to the inside of the bubble mailer. Put the cut down bubble mailer into the envelope and label it NON-MACHINE READABLE. You can buy NMR stamps at the post office to avoid waiting on line.
