Now that I have one of these $1 Yaamava gaming chips in-hand, I can confirm that it is faux-look, "Holy Grail Technology" HD-RFID chip. It appears to be a ceramic chip being made to look like it has a ceramic/ferrite antenna core. The chip measures 39mm in diameter, has a satin finish, and is not attracted to a magnet.
