It's an older version of chips. Hence the reason why there isn't any reason to worry about it.

I went to Bellagio a few years ago randomly asking if they had any of the older version hiding in the back. Showed the lady a picture of the $5 and she says she had never seen that chip in her life.

There's no worry for the Bellagio itself, it's only a worry for collectors. Of course it would be the seller to be genuine and state that it's fake.
