Now that the Reno show has been postponed we have decided to still visit. We are planning on visiting Lake Tahoe and the car museum but I was wondering if there is anything else to see in the area since we now have an extra free day. I was hoping to do some gold panning (not the "seeded" type offered at most places) but they mostly are too far away. Is there much to see in a place like Virginia City?
