A few weeks ago I sold all of my scrap gold and was happy at the price since I paid little for most of it. I buy things like award pins and single earrings that are 10K gold for around $5 that can have $25-100 in gold in them. They don't sell in the antique mall so I just scrap them. I also sold a small sterling flatware set and other scrap silver at $31.88 per ounce. Happy with that also.

Gold is down $39 per ounce this morning probably due to the dollar dropping over 2% compared to the euro today. Oil is down over 6% also.
