This is one of several different "Twin Q", 2 NCV chips from some of the then, "Circus Circus Enterprises, Inc." casinos. These were available from the Race and Sports Books as a give-away when buying a copy of the Daily Race Form.

The first image shows the typical example Twin Q 2 NCV chip from the Luxor in 1995, which is the same on both sides. The 2nd image shows both sides of a same chip, where it was not hot-stamped on one side.
