I've been absent for a few days, but am now feeling better!

I like these CHIPCO overprints and there are a lot of them out there. I marvel at how the labor and materials to do the overprinting is identical to the labor and materials to make the original chip, a second time around. Moreover, I am not sure why they even bother, as a hammer would be simple cancellation method.
