it's okay if you decided to keep what you got (I've done that), but photos are part of the description and any seller that shows the wrong item or too many of the item they are selling without making it very clear are subject to Ebay's power to revoke a sale. Thus, if you show a stack of chips but are only selling one, it better be clear in the title that the seller is peddling only one. It better not be buried in a 300-word description.

On the other hand, I have picked up a lot of bargains because the first photo showed only one or 5 when the seller was selling 80 or a hundred! I have benefited from reading the descriptions and viewing any added photos
