is a set complete if your missing the high limit table(s) ? most of the sets i have are missing the high limit table , mainly because the table is $100 with minimum chip value of $25.

this set from las vegas is 5 tables with 7 colors 35 total chips. was this 4 tables + 1 high limit or 5 tables and the high limit table is a mystery?
