I could see this sitting on eBay for a while, and eventually selling for $135.
If open to offers, I'd probably say anything north of $90 is a very strong offer if you believe the buyer is acting in good faith.
Meanwhile, in my trading experience here, I think a ballpark trade value in the $70 range would be seen as good faith offering if the other party is reluctant to let loose a chip you need in that range.
