…I was a WSOP Satellite player from about the mid 80’s until mid 90’s. Play in one & either cash or move on to the next one. The Buy In chips won were always referred to as Lammers. I even remember winning a Satellite at the Union Plaza, where I had three 500 up Buy In chips coming. The shift boss said lets go to the Horseshoe & get your Lammers. That was around 1990.
