SNCCC & LVABCC Spring Dealer Information

March 7 & 8 2025

Greetings to all dealers for our 2025 Show. We have contracted a larger room this year. Listed here are some items that you should know to make this a very enjoyable experience.

Show Hours Our show hours have changed since last year. DEALER SETUP will be on Thursday, March 6, from 1 pm to 6 pm, Friday , March 7 from 7 am to 9 am, And Saturday March 8 from 7am to 9 am, SHOW HOURS are from 9 am to 4 pm on Friday and 9 am to 3 pm on Saturday.

Showroom We have contracted a larger space on the end of the casino where the Valet is located. You will have access with the freight elevator or the escalator through the Valet entrance. We will be in the Nevada Room section upstairs in the Casino.

Tablecloths Please remember that the tablecloths are the property of the SNCCC and must be left at the show. We want to keep costs down to minimize expenses for future shows. At the end of the Show please fold your tablecloths and place them on top of your tables. We will pick them up and get them ready for cleaning . We have a limited amount of tablecloths to cover your tables overnight so please bring some type of material to cover your table if you can. We have enough tablecloths to supply all the dealers during the show (bottoms).

Two Wheelers and Carts The casino does not have any carts or two wheelers that we can use. We have(2) two-wheelers if you need one. I will also have 2 mini wheelers as well. If you are checking in at the Valet, you can request a bellman to place your items on their large cart and bring them to the showroom.

Taxes Elaine Fazendin (Treasurer) will be passing out your sales taxax declaration form before the end of the Show. Your name will have been given to the Tax authorities, and it is your responsibility to make sure that Elaine receives the form (completely filled out) a couple of hours before the show ends. She is the only person authorized to receive the envelope. You can enclose cash as well as a check.. We will convert your cash to a check form when it is sent out afterwards.

Goody Bags If you wish to have some promotional material, coupon, or Ads placed in the goody bags, please bring our items on Set Up Day… There are volunteers that will be stuffing bags for Show attendees on Thursday.

Point of Contact I will be the point of contact for the show. I plan on being on the Show floor from open to close. I will be headquarters most of the time at the Registration Desk.

Theft Generally speaking, we would not recommend you accept chips for payment other than cash or credit card if you have that service.

Security The room will be locked up at 5pm at the end of each day. Although some like to socialize after the show is over in the showroom I would ask that you do so at one of the other locations in the Casino. I will have to stay until everyone leaves and security wants the room cleared. I would also recommend that you do not leave any high value items in the room. Our insurance only covers liability.

Badges All Dealers and Helpers will have a badge for pick up at the registration table on Thursday. Please do not attempt to pick up your helper’s/co-Dealer’s badges as they need to do so themselves. Please wear your badges during the show and set up so we know who is authorized to come and go.

Tear Down To avoid much confusion please do not leave early as we only have one set of doors to enter and exit. Leaving early may cause a bottle neck and confusion. You can certainly pack your table, but we ask that you leave when the show is over at 3 pm. Keep in mind that there may still be attendees in the room. We are advertising the show heavily on the radio for the locals.

Co-Chairs If there is a reason I’m not available and you need assistance for any matter Rob Fazendin and Elaine Fazendin, Co-Chairs will be able to assist you.
