That font was used for hot stamps by H.C. Edwards in the 1970's / 80's. In that era, they not only sold their awesome H Mold, but sold the B Mold and Double Square Diamond among others. I wouldn't be surprised that they handled the Flowers Mold as well.

It's DCC... but no idea where it's from.
