Hi, everyone. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to move this year's event to next year. Below is the email I just sent out to the dealer/attendee list letting them know.

Regrettably, the May 2025 event is being cancelled and moving to next year.

It really pains me to do this, but due to not getting enough dealers signed by now (no one's fault but my own), I'm making the decision to cancel the collectibles show for THIS year and moving it to next year.

The Grand Sierra Resort has been VERY accommodating in allowing me to move the date without penalty, which would have been a big hit financially. As it is, I'll get on their calendar for next year, get more help sooner and we'll have a successful event (I believe you can still use the room discount throughout the year, so come to Reno/Tahoe and have some fun!).

Everyone who sent money will be fully refunded, including any platform fees paid, within 2 weeks (I'm traveling, so bear with me).

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email me. I'm truly sorry I couldn't pull this off for 2025. I was super excited to be bringing this event to Reno and with more time to plan and execute, it should be even better in 2026.

I would like to thank my mom, Sue Sherwood, for her help building a list of potential dealers; my son Steven Sherwood, who designed the logo; my good friend Kevin Looker who jumped in to help make phone calls these past few weeks, and last but certainly not least, my wife Gayle Sherwood, for letting me try crazy new things.
