Looks like it is called "Repeater Bets", though I have never played it. At the bottom of the pic is a larger black circle that says "Roulette Repeater Bets" and just to the left of the glass beer bottle neck is a pay table for them.

There's a similar "Repeater Bet" being offered on some Craps layouts too.

Available at some casinos -- I saw a list somewhere, and there's even a repeater bet.com website with more detail.

I'll bet (no pun intended) that these have high house percentages. The equivalent of playing 6:5 blackjack (No Thanks!!!)
