As far as I can tell by reading vintage BG catalogs and comparing what they kept in their library, there was mostly only one example with the two drillholes either on top or bottom... unlike the many sales kit examples with one shaved corner.

One day Tom phoned me saying that Jeff had just emailed him with an attached image of the £10 Playboy plaque with the two holes on the top.

The last three sales kit examples I sold here were in the 500 and 600 dollar range...
