I do not think any American-Style non-denominated Roulette chip/jeton and marked 'Roulette' Plaque, move to any other game or brought to the cage as is the case with TABLE CHIPS, metallic tokens and Plaques... they remain on the wheel and have no value other than an assigned value upon buy in.

I think anyone searching for ROULETTES does exactly that and explores further as well.
