The only thing I can add is that Bel Air is not a separate city, like Beverly Hills. It is just a neighborhood in Los Angeles. (Very wealthy, of course!) So, the "Bel Air, CA" label is not correct. My speculation is that it's from a home game set for someone named Hughes (first name beginning with M). Beyond that, I have no clue.
