Although they had to have 2 different/separate entrances at 1 stage so that they were kept apart, one was the Club and the other was the Casino.
The jetons should stay where they are as it is a more accurate section to put them in.
They were more than likely used on French roulette at 45 Park Lane but not been confirmed and as it has been mentioned (pure speculation) that maybe they were used in the Bingo Halls/Parlours it casts doubt on that hence the move (I assume).
Jeff Lindsay is probably the person to ask but it seems that nobody is able to do that.
