I was there when we were visiting Cindy's sister and her husband who worked for the State Department. The casino was just up the hill from the US embassy. It was very small and had about 8 tables and a few slot machines. Funny side note - the brother in law was responsible for all of the logistics to rebuild the new billion dollar embassy after the Russians bugged all of the material that was originally used. If I remember correctly they had to tear off the top 5 floors and rebuild it.
