More likely that your home IP address is blocked

While connected to your WiFi, go to https://whatismyip.com and jot down your IPv4 address. Email it to David Spragg and ask if it’s on his blocked list.

What sometimes happens is automatic software detects a problem with spammers or bots coming from an IP address that’s in the same block/range as yours, and you get blocked along with the bad guy. I have systems to do the same thing in my network, and every once in a while, a good guy reaches out to me to ask why they can’t send mail or access the website or whatever. It’s a simple matter to unblock an individual while keeping the bad guys blocked.

Anyway, I hope that helps and solves your problem.
