Oscar - I've had that same thing happen to me two times over 20+ years buying on Ebay. First; get your money back and second; leave him negative feedback. You may want to bidder block him in case you are a seller on Ebay and he wants to retaliate in the future. Sorry it happened to you, but doesn't happen often.
