Very sorry to hear. He was a pioneer in allocating obsolete jetons from European casinos. The first time I sent him some American chips, he sent me a huge variety of jetons, much more than I had sent him. When I went to Belgium, he met up with me and set me up for a train trip to what was at that time the nearest casino to the capital. Oddly enough, he worked for the Belgian government and was not allowed to visit any casino in his own country. He came to a couple of our conventions and always stopped by my table to talk and never failed to find something he wanted.
