There were also quite a few people at the four Queens, who just happened to be visiting this weekend and got caught up in the excitement of the silver strike machines because there were so many people jam packing them, and even waiting in line to play the machines. Most became aware of the Silver striker’s club by asking a simple question of anyone else “what the hell is going on here?”.
I certainly don’t expect the CCA to come up in those types of conversations. My presence and my purposeful intention to draw people into conversations about the CCA would be about the only way those in attendance would even become aware of us. By having little handouts with a QR code on them, some will hopefully come to the event or at least check out the club website. I plan to check the Webb stats before and after the two shows, I’ve attended to see if there is a perceptible bump in visitor traffic if there is, then it stands to reason that the more events we all attend with the intention to promote the CCA, the more those little bumps will grow, and hopefully turn into new club members, but more importantly, new collectors of casino items.
Apologies for any typos or grammar errors. I wrote this using voice to text and didn’t really proofread.
