If I'm understanding the issue correctly, it seems like the Silver Strikers club should be the one moving dates, not CCA. The CCA convention dates are already announced and publicized. If any date coordination, look into it for 2026, not for 2025. There's also the issue of South Point availability, as the convention space books up pretty far in advance.

To be rather frank, it feels like moving CCA to accommodate SS in 2025 is the tail wagging the dog. JMHO.
