The CCA offers a design which includes the CCA logo + member's number.

You have to contact someone (a CCA officer or ??) to get it made and sent back to you. I've looked over the CCA website, and see reference to the "Member's Logo", but can't find who I send request to.

(Maybe I'm missing it.)
