There is a difference between a bounce and a deferral. If emails are truly bouncing, that means that address no longer exists and there’s no reason to continue sending emails to those addresses. Just go through the logs, find those that are bouncing, and do the cleanup manually. If you need help with that, let me know. I can scan log files pretty quickly.
