Like many, I've had Autopay triggered on chips when the seller has accepted a Best Offer. That part is convenient for everybody. I like it.

But not this feature when I'm selling. Found this explanation....

"This is a test that eBay is running with a select group of Buyers. This group is allowed to shop with the same Seller for up to seven days before paying so they can qualify for combined shipping."

I'll have to look into it a little more and figure out how to opt out as I rarely resist items immediately after there is no bids.
