Does any casino (Nevada or otherwise) currently operate a Win Cards program, along with a bag of NCV Win Cards chips? It's been quite a while since I recall seeing an active one.

Looks like you can buy their booklet & cards, without a sponsoring casino (or NCV chips, of course)? Operates out of a Lake Tahoe location.

One of the early Win Card programs was at Tahoe Biltmore, along with Chipco NCV's, which were also fairly new at the time. See below (pic from ChipGuide):

Now it appears that the Tahoe Biltmore has closed too, via a bankruptcy sale. I guess time marches on!
