Yes, the Herz Nevada guide has B&W illustrations -- 68 different.

Also, the earlier "Harvey's Guide ..." published by Herz in 1985 has a 4-page B&W illustration of about 60 different molds. The older molds, up to 1985 only, of course.

I haven't looked, but the CCA Library probably has a copy of one or both Herz books for you to check out, as a CCA member.
