As an avid road cyclist for more years than I want to count, this was one of the highlights. I was the Team Captain for the company I worked for, Ericsson. We did annual team rides to raise money to support ADA(American Diabetes Association). For 6-8 months I did everything I could to get the team and company to raise funds. In this particular year we were Number 1 in the entire state of NJ! They asked me to join them at the front of the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Metric Century(63 Miles). I'm the one on the left with the "Team Ericsson" jersey. As I recall it was good 63 mile ride through central Jesey and an incredible feeling knowing my hard work related to $10,000's of dollars for the cause in one year. Good Memories!
