It appears you have a copy of a CSA T-65 note. The February 17, 1864 date shows it is part of the 7th Issue. Unfortunately, an authentic T-65 has a printed reverse. The T-65 was one of several CSA notes included in 1954 Cheerios cereal boxes. You could order the complete 7th Issue (9 notes) from Cheerios for two box tops and 50 cents. They had blank backs. Quite common so it could be one of those.

I bet the 2 Box Tops are worth more than note grin
I suspect it's a fake and you won't be able to
