I've been to a few of the restaurants or any food related places. It seems fun, exciting and almost like a revival of the space. There's a lot more life, younger people, beautiful artwork murals and they've really done a good job cleaning it up over the last few years. Hopefully it brings in a ton more businesses and newer things into the area moving it into the future.

It'll be interesting to see what happens here in the near future.
