Maybe everything will be okay and they will be able to create a "perimeter table" on the opposite side of the last row of tables which I remember such a location one year when John "Top" Newby hosted our table. It was in the far end facing away from the midway... kind of an out-of-the-way location but, better than no location at all.
I also don't think walking the floor is tasteful in representing our fine association. Fingers crossed...
