I made my chip show reservations at Grand Sierra Resort. It turned out to be cheaper, and obviously better, than Silver Legacy. I used Barrys email instructions and they replied within a day. Cindy has been wanting to visit Seattle so we are doing the Reno, Portland, Seattle thing and even doing the "dumb" move of renting a car in Reno and dropping it off in Seattle. It should be a fun trip since I have not been to Reno since the mid 1990's and I am sure the city has changed a lot since then.
