The Robbin's Nevada Club has listing in the Yellow Pages scan you show (as I'm sure you're already aware). Along with the Harrah's Club bingo display ad.
Re dating the Harrah's Bingo card -- Since Bill Harrah opened up in Reno in 1946 (from So.Cal / Venice), and the Waldorf Club (also a Yellow Page listing) closed in 1948, these Harrah's cards could be from as early as that 1946-48 period -- call it post-WWII. Of course, they may have been used for many years beyond that too. The Chip Guide listing (under Harrah's Reno / Other) calls it "from the early days", and that sounds like a fair description to me.
