It’s always been Trump first, money second, Putin (or any other dictator who massaged his ego) third and then America but only when it suited him.
Putting America first would have meant accepting the election results, conceding, not inciting an insurrection, going to the inauguration and ensuring a peaceful transition of power instead of using everything within his means (including illegal) to try to overturn the election due to his fragile ego and being a bad loser.
Putting America first would mean not secretly sending his handler, Putin, scarce covid tests when there was a shortage in the US.
Putting America first would mean making sure that most of his tacky merchandise was made in the US and not outsourced to China, Mexico, Bangladesh, Korea, Thailand, Italy and anywhere else but the US.
Getting bibles made in China (for $3 and with no tariff) and selling them for $60 is good business sense but is not putting America first in any way.
Stopping US companies send important and much needed PPE to China could have helped at the beginning of the pandemic but as he ignored the threat, he didn’t even though he knew that it posed a greater risk to US citizens than he would admit to.
He doesn’t care about America and just wants to make as much money as he can and be in the news every day.
