When I worked in the casinos, we always used 2 or 3 dice vendors. Mainly to give all the vendors a taste and also be connected if there was any reason why a vendor could not provide dice. (Hurricane, fire, strike, etc.) or maybe go out of business. Cards and chips were usually a solo vendor to keep consistency. With dice, they are all basically the same.
