I won three auctions on eBay yesterday. Two of them did NOT have a tax added, which is normal. I have never had to pay a tax on an eBay auction win. The third had tax added on top of the shipping. The seller is located in Washington State. Does Washington tax eBay auctions. There is no mention of tax in the description.
