Maybe they would consider putting out a NCV chip (wouldn’t need Gaming approval?) and make it contingent on having a players card or something else that would incentivize the casino to do it. Like the Pink Taco NCV chips, you got a coupon for a chip at the show and had to go to the Hard Rock Cafe to get the chip.
