Hi Bob,I see with this email that the subject is about getting an occasional email,so please ignore my post.But I seem to remember (Maybe wrongly) that you used to have to click on a link to read the email?

And a search of my inbox shows an email from the CCA 3/26 regarding membership growth and underneath is a link to download the document and underneath that is this message:

It's a fact: people don't mind scrolling to read an email, as long as it's relevant and interesting. Make sure your message follows through on the promise in your subject line, and use several short paragraphs if you have a lot to say. When in doubt, challenge yourself to write less and add links that support your topic.

So maybe this is an anti -spam feature of my Xfinity mail client,not sure,but reason I posted was nowadays folks are being instructed to not click on any links like this and being a non-usual email like the CCA some may not trust it. Thanks James
