No price
I walk away unless the item is very desirable to me - because too many times the dealer then reply’s when ya ask the price — they counter ask ya for an offer and get huffy when they already know what they want for it. It’s not worth the hassle arguing price in a show.
A lot of the dealers are jaded from the get go, the argument that volatility prevents prior pricing is not valid to me… you item your price, sizing clients up by whatever methods dealers apply “sets different prices” to each and every contact at the sales table. Buyer beware for sure
