I just checked my draft of the article and I did indeed spell it 3 different ways! I apologize for that, it was unintentional. I have heard you referred to as Steve, but I do see now you sign everything as Steven.
In terms of inaccuracy...I would be happy to reconsider any factual things I have gotten wrong. My sources for all the material are the archives of the Chip Board itself and the auction listings themselves.
