The safe went for $140, and a group of about 10, early 20's kids showed up to get it with a U Haul. They type of truck that does not have a lift gate. Watching them try to load it was scary. They finally had to hire a rollback tow truck to lift it up, and then back up to the U Haul and transfer it over that way. They didn't know anything about the history of the Latin Quarter or Primrose. They bought it because the building is supposedly haunted. LoL
