Although it doesn't use the word "Turf" in its name, I nominate the "Sport of Kings" casino for this thread.
Sport of Kings lasted a very short time (1992-93) at a location on Convention Center Drive, just off the LV Strip. After closing, it became a non-casino party bar, then was torn down.
The focus/theme was horserace betting, but there were a few live tables in there too -- 21 for sure; maybe Craps and Roulette too, though I only remember BJ for sure.
Their nicely designed Chipco chips mostly featured horse racing themes; the $1000 shows pic of the building.
