At this moment the only casino in the country that has a silver strike machine is the Plaza in Las Vegas. The strikes the have in the machine are all clad which means silver plated, not .999 and they do not say .999 on them like the older strike do.

The Four Queens removed their machines a couple months ago. Shaun the slot boss does say and expects to have all the strike machines back on the floor by Halloween. The Four Queens does have four times a year red cap $10 strikes that are .999 silver and also four times a year you can trade in 30 clad $10 strikes for a $300 face value strike that is 6 ounces of .999 silver. There is also a machine that puts out $40 strikes that are 1 1/2 ounce of silver.

As collectors we all do hope and look forward to the return of the machines at the Four Queens.
