I may have shown this before, but some time ago.
This is an aerial photo of Las Vegas Strip from 1980's. That's McCarran airport at the bottom, with Hacienda to its left, all by itself.
Further up, when the Strip "dog-legs" to the right, you'll see Caesars Palace with its Gran Prix track immediately north. According to Wikipedia, the Gran Prix ran 1981-84, so this photo was taken around that time.
The photo was taken with infrared film, so green (as in golf courses) shows up as red.
