Unusual in that it is a sample and has 2 different (although at the time, connected) casinos on the same plaque.
Only one I have ever seen and I haven't seen a "released" one (obviously).

Another lucky find and it came with some previously unknown Monaco ones along with other sample plaques that I haven't seen before (or since) either as samples or released (unclipped) ones.
